A short film, produced with Human Rights Watch, following the parallel stories of efforts to expose the atrocities of tyrants Augusto Pinochet of Chile and Slobodan Milosevic of Serbia, and to extradite them for prosecution by the International Criminal Court. It follows the tireless efforts of a few courageous individuals around the world who paved the way for these two dictators and ruthless murderers to be held accountable, and for Milosevic to finally face charges before the International Criminal Court.
